Who's excited for a Sour Barrel Aged Stout? We take our Blackbeerd English Stout, and age it on second-use bourbon barrels that once contained our Imperial Stout. So this round you get smoother, milder bourbon notes of vanilla, caramel and oak flavours. During the aged souring process, our house bacterial cultures lighten up the body and bring out bright, tart cherry in an acidic profile. Think light vanilla cherry cola, in beer form!
