The next in our pHilly Sour series, the often elusive, but decidedly delicious, Guavango! A mix of pink Guava and Mango is a perfect blend for a summer sour.
Pouring a light pink hazy hue, light notes of guava hit the palate up front, along with a gentle sourness that rolls off the back of the tongue. After the initial flavour blast settles, the mango rounds out the flavours. This one is a lightly sour, easy drinking, summer quenching sour ... if there ever was one!
