Bringing back our take on the OG of the North American Craft beer scene, the West Coast IPA, or originally called an American IPA.
Pouring a rich amber with a frothy lightly off white head. Aromas of ripe pineapple, grapefruit hit you upfront as you pour the beer. Subtle caramel and gently toasted malts tickle the pallet, finishing dry with lingering resinous piney and citrus notes. West Coast all the way!
7%ABV balances out the 65IBU. This one takes us back to why we got into homebrewing and ultimately brewing. We think you will like it too!
