How did we make our anniversary ale? With work, friendship, and luck! We bought 300 lbs of gorgeous field-ripened raspberries and strawberries from our friends at Heeman's. We then hand blended them, added them to some fresh malty wort, and the fire was lit! Using only the microorganisms found on the raspberries and strawberries from the Heeman's terroir, this wild ale took off and miraculously produced a supremely tart, dry, and delicious beer. Relying on only self-fermenting methods is always a risky venture, but it's really paid off. When we say it's like summer in a glass, it's hard to argue.

Frequently asked questions

Although Kyle's delicious BBQ is physically connected to the taproom, we are two separate businesses! This means all food orders are separate from the brewery. Saying this, dining still takes place in the taproom. Need to place an order to go? See "The Kitchen" link at the top of the website, or call (226)-271-7080.

Yes! We have 20L, 30L, and 58L kegs (starting at $110) with a refundable $100 deposit upon return. As for growlers, we currently do not have any for sale but we are more than happy to fill them up with your brew of choice. Please ensure they are clean prior to filling. Growlers are best drank when kept in the refrigerator for no longer than one week. Once opened, it is recommended to finish within 24 hours.

Pssh please, it's 2025, of course you can! We ship anywhere in Ontario for a $15 fee and we run free local deliveries every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Free local delivery with orders over $50.

Kyle's BBQ is open Wednesday and Thursday 12-8pm and Friday- Saturday 12-7pm. On Tuesdays, Pizza Mane is open 12-2pm and 4-8pm as well as Sundays 12-5pm. If the kitchen is closed, we welcome our customers to order in their own food or bring your favourites!
