Starless brings a little Canadian Whisky to the table. Starless begins with our Imperial Stout base, which is then aged on old Canadian Whisky barrels! A surprisingly dry (for Imperial Stout) finish, rounded cacao, and roast flavour profile meld with the whisky notes. Mellow tannins, vanilla, and oak flavours linger in the background. But watch out, this one comes in at 9.5% so take it easy, or best share this experience with a friend!
